The Container Store in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, shape the culture, and drive exceptional customer service while achieving business goals.

You will oversee a management team including Visual Sales Manager, Training Manager and Operations Manager, develop talent, optimize payroll and labor plans, and model accountability on the sales floor.
