Job summary

Panera Bread in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a General Manager to lead daily bakery-cafe operations, inspire the team, and deliver guest-focused service. You will manage shifts, coach staff, and maintain Panera's high standards while ensuring a welcoming dining experience for guests.

In this role you will oversee hiring, train for food safety, and drive sales through strong leadership and team development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

As a Team Manager, you'll be part of the bakery-cafe's leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.
