Job summary

CRISP & GREEN is seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead restaurant operations in Saint Paul, MN. You will mentor the #CRISPCrew, oversee FOH and BOH, and ensure outstanding guest experiences through strong communication and leadership.

Lead day-to-day operations, recruit and develop talent, coach underperformers, manage labor, and drive sales through executing marketing tactics while representing the Crisp & Green brand with integrity.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous management/supervisory experience.
• 5 years customer service experience.
• Passion for living a healthy life.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.
• Able to work at least 50 hours per week.

Position Overview:

As a General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the #CRISPCrew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, our General Managers are the absolute best communicators, go-getters, and self-starters out there.

General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
