Job summary

Marco's Pizza is seeking a passionate General Manager to lead a team at our Utah locations. You will be accountable for daily operations, ensuring quality, hot and fresh pizza, and a positive customer experience. The role requires stress management, strong leadership, and adherence to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in management, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to hire and train staff while maintaining inventory control and a friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Computer knowledge.
• Trustworthy, results driven and team oriented.
• Must have a passion for pizza and providing a positive customer service experience.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Inventory management.
• Handle customer complaints with a positive attitude.
• Hire and train new team members.
