Job summary

Velvet Taco, Inc. is seeking a Talented General Manager with Hospitality and Scratch Kitchen Experience to lead a high-volume restaurant in Round Rock, TX. You will direct the management team, maintain quality, and drive a standout guest experience in a fast-casual setting.

You should have at least five years of proven leadership, a passion for people development, and a track record of operational excellence. Expect travel up to 10% and a base salary with quarterly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of proven experience running high-volume full-service or fast-casual concepts.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be 21 years or older; food handlers and alcohol servers certification.
