You will oversee all aspects of store performance, including food safety, labor, service quality, and customer satisfaction, with a focus on driving growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service setting with a heavy drive-thru operation.
• Strong background in restaurant operations and achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, and cleanliness.
• Ability to train and develop a team and drive excellence across the store.

Compensation: Wendy's® General Managers: $55,000 - $69,500 per year plus Profit Sharing.

As a Candidate, you have three years experience working as a restaurant general manager at quick service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King, Arby's, Taco Bell, etc.).You have a strong background in restaurant operations achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. You have a passion for developing and leading teams and strive for excellence.
