Marco’s Pizza is growing fast — and we’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy General Manager to lead our team and deliver amazing guest experiences every day!You'll oversee every aspect of our bustling restaurant, from leading our dedicated team to ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. This is a working management role that requires active involvement in restaurant operations throughout scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities of a General Manager:

Lead and grow a high-performing team

Manage daily operations (scheduling, inventory, training)

Keep food quality and safety top-notch

Solve problems and deliver great customer service

Drive sales and create a great store atmosphere

Maintaining a positive and creative environment

18+ years old

Strong people and problem-solving skills

Valid driver’s license

Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands: Applicant must be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and feet; stand for extended periods; walk frequently; and bend, twist, reach overhead, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting over 50 pounds.

Job Type:Full-time, Salary

Restaurant experience: 4 years (preferred)

Leadership experience: 2 years (preferred)

Schedule

Day and evening shifts

Weekdays and weekends required

Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
