Flynn Arby’s, a premier Arby’s franchise operated by Flynn Group, is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Pryor, OK. You will drive guest satisfaction, supervise a team, manage inventory and staff scheduling, and uphold food safety standards while delivering strong financial results.

Ideal candidates bring proven GM experience in a high-volume setting, exceptional leadership, and the ability to analyze performance data to optimize operations and profitability.

• Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze financial data for informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Organized and meticulous, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
