Tory Burch LLC seeks a Senior General Manager to lead our luxury retail operations. You’ll create an exceptional customer experience, develop a highly productive team, and drive strategic initiatives across the store and brand.

The ideal candidate has five years at GM level, a track record of success in retail leadership, and a background in business or fashion. You’ll work with a passionate, entrepreneurial team in a purpose-led company.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 85,000.00 USD - 100,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
