Job summary

Papa John's USA, Inc. is seeking a dynamic leader to head a Pensacola restaurant team. You will coach staff, uphold quality, and deliver world-class service to every guest.

This role requires flexibility for nights and weekends, a business mindset, and the ability to motivate people. Basic math and problem-solving skills are essential to run daily operations smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Basic math and solid problem solving skills.
• Nights and weekends are very busy, so the ability and desire to work those shifts.
• Able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
