Job summary

Atrium Hospitality seeks a seasoned General Manager for the Omaha Embassy Suites to lead operations, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 6+ years in general management of full-service hotels (Hilton brand preferred), a bachelor’s degree, and proven sales leadership.

This on-site leadership position offers a compensation range of $135,000–$150,000 plus bonus, a strong benefits package, and a culture built on Atrium’s SPIRIT values.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a General Manager or 2+ years as GM of a full-service hotel.
• Hilton branded hotel GM experience preferred.
• Extensive sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, cloud-based apps, and hotel property management systems.

• Collaborate on operational plans to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
• Lead associates to meet Atrium’s service and satisfaction goals through positive guest experiences.

What You Will Do:

What We Are Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience as a General Manager, or 2+ years as General Manager over a full service hotel. This ensures you have the leadership experience needed to guide our team effectively.

• Previous experience as a General Manager with a Hilton branded hotel, demonstrating a strong understanding of brand standards, initiatives, and collaborative partnerships with corporate brand teams.

• Extensive Sales experience

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, or related field; or equivalent experience. This provides the foundational knowledge required for strategic decision-making.

• Proficiency in Microsoft suite, cloud-based apps, and hotel property management systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

• Willingness to relocate to embrace new opportunities and challenges.
