The ideal candidate brings proven experience running a food or beverage distribution center and will take full ownership of the company's day-to-day business operations - including budget management, operational compliance, and administrative leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Measure the effectiveness of all processes including budget, operations, and management performance
• Hold complete responsibility for Warehouse and Private Fleet operations in direct support of the sales team
• Partner with the executive team to determine the company's strategic growth direction
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional initiatives and projects across departments
• Manage the company budget and ensure operational compliance standards are maintained
• Address and resolve administrative issues to keep operations running smoothly

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in distribution, logistics, or operations leadership
• Union management experience is highly desired
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead across all levels
• Demonstrated experience in product management
• Proven track record running a food or beverage distribution center preferred
