Jersey Mike's Subs in Mount Olive, NJ is seeking a Manager‑in‑Training to grow with our fast-growing franchise and to develop into a General Manager as opportunities arise. This role emphasizes strong leadership, customer service, and hands-on team development.

You will oversee service quality, maintain cleanliness, manage employee scheduling, order inventory, and train team members while delivering our famous sub sandwiches and outstanding customer service.
