Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager in Monroeville to lead the restaurant as the CEO of the store, driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will set culture, develop leaders, and execute strategic initiatives to grow performance across operations, staffing, and customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing prime costs, labor targets, inventory, and daily performance metrics while maintaining high QSC standards and brand integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own total restaurant performance, including operations, profitability, and team execution
• Lead all daily operations with full accountability for results
• Ensure consistent execution of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards
• Conduct regular self-audits and operational walkthroughs
• Ensure all systems, checklists, and processes are executed consistently
