Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations in Monona, WI. You’ll oversee FOH and BOH, set strategic goals, manage budgets, and drive revenue while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll coach a 50+ team, analyze P&L, control costs, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to elevate brand presence in the community.
