Job summary

High Porch Coffee in Illinois is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations at our franchise store. You will supervise a small team, manage schedules, and ensure service standards while maintaining a friendly guest experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in a management position, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Training includes online barista courses and hands-on management tasks to certify as a store leader.

Qualifications:

• Flexible work schedule, minimum of 40 hours a week.

About Process:

Once an external is offered the position the training process is a combination of online barista courses and hands on barista training for 3 weeks. the 4th week will introduce management tasks. The following weeks are practicing hands on at the home store. the general manager is certified after completing an online interactive Zoom course and obtaining a Manager Serve Safe Certification.
