Job summary

Pizza Hut seeks a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to drive store performance by empowering the team and aligning with brand standards. You will lead operations, manage P&L, and ensure service excellence, while developing shift leaders and teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Report to District Manager and partner with marketing and compliance teams to grow sales, maintain safety, and uphold Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut brand guidelines across all daily activities.

• Oversee All Staff and Operations in Your Restaurant with an Entrepreneurial Mindset

• Maintain Excellent Customer Service Standards
• Enforce and Follow Pizza Hut Service Principles
• Responsible for Oversight and Execution of All Store Inventory, Forecasting, Scheduling Processes

• Ensure Restaurant Meets/Exceeds All Brand Standards and Processes
