Job summary

Papa John's International, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead our Louisville-area restaurant team, delivering world-class service and driving business results.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, optimize daily operations, and foster a culture of hospitality and teamwork. As a GM, you will manage schedules, ensure quality control, and uphold brand standards while supporting growth opportunities and community engagement.

You will need to be at least 18 years old, with a GED or High School Diploma preferred. You will need to possess basic math and solid problem solving skills. Nights and weekends are very busy, so you will need to have the ability and desire to work those shifts. Lastly, you will need to be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
