Job summary

Taco Bell, a leading fast-food brand, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our Little Falls, New Jersey location. You will lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive a high-performing team.

You will hire, train, and mentor Team Members and Shift Leads, manage budgets, and implement strategic plans to grow sales while maintaining top service standards and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the entire restaurant to deliver great food and a friendly experience.
• Find, hire, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads; conduct new hire orientations.
• Develop training plans for each new hire to ensure consistent performance.
• Schedule staffing and deploy teams; address performance issues and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.

You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. You-re also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
