Topgolf in Huntsville, AL is seeking a General Manager to own the complete venue P&L, set strategic direction, and drive revenue, guest experience, and team performance. The role requires 21+ years old, experience in large-scale entertainment environments, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership in hospitality, entertainment, or multi-revenue operations.
  • 2-5+ years as a General Manager with full P&L ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older per state/local law.

Responsibilities

  • Own venue performance including revenue, labor, costs, and overall profitability.
  • Develop and own the annual operating plan with financial targets and priorities.
  • Manage the P&L with clear contribution to results and growth.
  • Forecast trends and act decisively to protect and grow the business.
