Nestled in beautiful Southwest Florida, Webbs Reserve is located in Babcock Ranch, a master plan community: America's first solar-powered town. The property features meticulously maintained grounds, a championship-caliber 18 holes of golf, Pro Shop, Court Sports, The Overlook – a two-story outdoor dining venue, plus a Clubhouse which includes a Wellness Center, Spa, Whiskey Lounge, and Formal Dining under construction; a vibrant atmosphere that reflects pride, professionalism, and hospitality. The community is under development and includes single-family homes, coach homes, and condominiums.
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall leadership, operational execution, and financial performance of Webb's Reserve. This role provides direct oversight of golf operations, court sports, lifestyle, wellness, food and beverage, facilities, maintenance, and administrative functions while ensuring an exceptional experience for members, guests, and the public. The GM serves as the senior on-site leader and primary liaison between Troon, ownership/board leadership, members, and the surrounding community. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, visible leader who balances strong hospitality instincts with financial discipline, team development, and operational accountability. Directs and oversees all aspects of the community operations including all amenities and HOA. Has the ultimate responsibility for maximum guest satisfaction and financial performance.
