Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Corporate-position leader in Fort Mill, SC to guide a restaurant team in delivering world class service. You will build a winning team, oversee daily operations, and drive training and development while maintaining high standards and a positive work environment.

You will be responsible for scheduling nights/weekends, maintaining quality, and promoting a culture of respect. This role offers growth into higher leadership with ongoing training and competitive benefits.

Critical Ingredients:

You will need to be at least 18 years old, with a GED or High School Diploma preferred. You will need to possess basic math and solid problem solving skills. Nights and weekends are very busy, so you will need to have the ability and desire to work those shifts. Lastly, you will need to be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
