Job summary

Victra is looking for a General Manager to shape guest experience and lead a high-performance retail team. You will coach your staff to exceed sales targets while ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will mentor the Assistant General Manager, participate in NHU/GMU trainings, and drive the entire store toward company goals. A competitive environment combined with growth opportunities awaits the right leader.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interviewing and staffing knowledge.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

You will have a high level of accountability for all retailstorefunctions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the entirestorestaff. You will be driving for high-performance results within a fast-paced, demanding solutions sales environment and focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience are at the forefront of your responsibilities. Also, you will act as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager. You will also complete trainings and attend weekly sales leadership calls. Compensation

Pay will include a base rate of $$18.00 /hour with uncapped earning potential through commission

You Will Need To Have

• 1- 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift ten pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Training Requirements

All General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. All General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) training program within 30 days of completing NHU. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
