As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant's Success! You will lead your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. Requirements:

• Applicants should be ready and willing to do all interviewing, hiring and terminations
• Applicants will be expected to run the store as if it was their own business with an eye to the bottom line
