TOCA Football, Inc. in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a General Manager to lead our innovative TOCA Soccer Training Facility. You’ll guide a team, drive guest experiences, and smash KPIs with a bold, people-first approach.

As a key leader, you’ll recruit, coach, and engage staff, ensuring the center is clean, welcoming, and ready to impress while fostering growth, learning, and a fun, high-energy environment.

• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop talent at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and development of a high-performing team in coordination with the Regional Director of Operations.
• Oversee center operations, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and exceptional guest experiences; manage coaches and front-desk staff.

Role Scope & Responsibilities

People: Leadership & Team Development (30%)

• Team up with the Regional Director of Operations to scout, recruit, and build a dream team. You're not just hiring; you're curating talent for the future.
• Coach, inspire, and lead your team, and foster a culture where every member feels valued and pumped to bring their A-game.
• Get creative with team engagement- keep turnover low and energy high by building a work environment that’s all about growth, learning, and fun.

Process & Product: Center Operations (50%)

• Be the captain of our day-to-day operations, making sure the center is always on point- clean,, and ready to impress.
