Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a Team Member at our Conway, AR location. You are the face of the store, delivering friendly service and helping to create a memorable guest experience. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with competitive pay and tips.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling registers, maintaining clean, safe work areas, and assisting with everyday store operations while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and stoop throughout assigned shift.
• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions.
• Ability to be mobile in freezer/cooler with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F.
