Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) seeks a General Manager to oversee The Goat bar and restaurant operations across multiple markets, including Columbus, OH, Nashville, TN, and other locations. The GM will drive sales, control costs, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position in hospitality, with ServSafe certification and TABC where applicable.

Qualifications

The Difference You Will Make

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar and restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for leading sales efforts, controlling cost of goods, achieving set performance targets, making action plans, and building a team that maintains superior results.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business management or similar area of focus preferred.
• ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
• TABC Certification where applicable
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Location and Travel: Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local and out-of-state markets.
