We’re seeking an experienced General Manager, Americas to lead our Americas region across sales, operations and strategic growth — driving sustainable performance while empowering high‑performing teams.

This is a critical executive role with full P&L ownership, responsibility for consumer and B2B commercial performance, and a seat at the Executive Leadership Team, partnering closely with global leaders to shape GALE’s future.

What you’ll do:

  • Set and execute the Americas regional strategy, translating global direction into clear priorities, operating plans and measurable outcomes
  • Own full P&L accountability for the Americas, delivering profitable revenue growth through disciplined forecasting, margin management, cost control and investment decisions
  • Lead commercial performance end‑to‑end, including go‑to‑market strategy, pricing discipline, customer segmentation, channel effectiveness and strategic account leadership
  • Drive integrated Sales & Operations performance, aligning demand generation, supply capability, service levels and cost outcomes
  • Build and lead a high‑performing regional leadership team, developing talent, succession and organisational capability while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and growth
  • Identify and capitalise on market and customer opportunities, leveraging data, insights and emerging trends to inform growth, innovation and competitive positioning
  • Represent the Americas region at enterprise level, contributing to global strategy, partnering with cross‑regional leaders and providing clear regional insight to the Executive Leadership Team
  • Ensure strong governance, risk management and compliance, acting as the senior escalation point for people, safety, legal and reputational matters across the region
  • Strengthen external relationships and brand presence, engaging key customers, partners and industry stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years in leadership role with 5+ years in an executive role
  • Proven experience in the Consumer Product industry, B2B sales with strong knowledge of retail, manufacturing, supply chain, and market trends.
  • Proven track record in business development, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost optimization.
  • Ability to drive change and innovation in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to management.
  • Ability to travel Globally to our other regions and across our customer base in North & South America
