Leadership
  • Act as the business ownerofyour location.
  • Mentor, train,and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning,development, and accountability.
  • Act as a key point of contact betweenglobalandstorestaff.
  • Understand and follow the Collective Bargaining Agreement governing all hourly team members.
  • Build a culture that aligns with the core values of the organization.
  • Utilize critical problem-solving skills to make decisions for the store.
  • Builds a relationship with local owner(s) and Community Advisory Board.
  • Be a champion of change.
Store Operations:
  • Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • ReviewstoreProfit and Loss/Budgets to drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Buildsschedulesand reacts to businesstoach
  • ievebudgeted labor targets.
  • Actively builds apipeline of talent throughproactive recruiting practices.
  • Ensuresemployeesfollowstate and unionwork hours, breaks, andsafetyrequirements.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and merchandising.
  • Owntheimplementation of company policies, legal regulations,and operational improvements.
  • Maintains a deep knowledge of licensing and complianceat both state and local levels.
  • Ensure accountability across all rolesand functions.
  • Ableto safely lift and carry up to35lbs
  • Act as a PPSO as needed.
Customer Experience:
  • Leads the front ofhousestore team to create an exceptional experience for customers and employees, and to exceed sales goals.
  • Engage with customers on the sales floor, answeringquestionsand recommending products.
  • Champion brand education and product knowledge training.
  • Analyze sales metrics and employee performance to drive business results.
  • Build customer retention using company loyalty programs.
  • Oversee the communication and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure visual merchandising meets company standards.
  • Drive community engagement, field marketing, and events.
  • Manage customer reviews across all platforms.
Inventory:
  • Superviseall aspects of inventory management:intake,counts,pricing,transfers,recalls,stocking, and compliance.
  • Overseeaccuratecounts and records in METRC and POS systems.
  • Ensurerecurring audits, spot checks, and cycle countsareaccurateandtimely.
  • Anticipate demand and manage reorder levelsofnon-cannabis suppliesto ensure product availability.
  • Develop andmaintainstrong vendor relationships.
  • Provide,analyze, and actioninventory reports.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations.
What SkillsWe'reLooking For:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with both staff and vendors.
  • Deep understanding of inventory control and compliance procedures.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Required Education and Experience:

  • At leastfouryears of management or supervisory experience in retail or operations.
  • Experience with computerized inventory and compliance systems.
Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-timeexemptrole in a retail storeopen365 daysa year. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts arerequiredbased on business needs.
