NCG Enterprises is hiring a General Manager for a Whataburger location in Brenham, TX. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while managing food, labor, and operating costs.

You will coordinate with the area manager and support teams to drive continuous improvement, maintain safety and cleanliness, and deliver a positive restaurant environment for both customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Restaurant/retail management experience is necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computing is expected.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with area manager and support teams.
