Job summary

Olympia Hospitality seeks a General Manager to maximize hotel value through revenue growth, cost control, and exceptional guest service. The GM will oversee all hotel operations in line with our standards and values.

The position is year-round, full-time in Maine, offering a salary of $150,000–$160,000 with quarterly bonus potential and a robust benefits package designed to support well-being and career growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership/management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • College degree and/or equivalent work experience required.

The General Manager maximizes hotel value by achieving revenue growth, expense control, excellent guest service and maximization of human resources. The General Manager develops and/or maintains all hotel operations consistent with Olympia Hotel Management values and standards.

Pay range: $150,000-$160,000 per year plus quarterly bonus potential. This is a year round, full time position.

Experience / Education

Minimum of 5 years of leadership, management or supervisory experience preferred, as well as a college degree and/or equivalent work experience required.

Performance Measurement

Financial Results, Guest Service Scores, Inspections, and STAR Reports; 90 Day performance review, on-going feedback from supervisor, attendance, productivity, feedback from others.
