Crunch Fitness is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive performance at our Ann Arbor-area club. In this full-time role you will steer daily operations, coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional member experiences in a fast-growing fitness brand.

You’ll balance sales growth with service quality, execute promotions, and cultivate a welcoming, high-energy environment. Minimum one year of fitness-operations leadership is required, with a hands-on, people-first
