Job summary

Gowash is seeking a General Manager to oversee all site operations, lead a team, and ensure safe, efficient daily performance. The role includes budgeting, maintenance, customer relations, and process optimization to deliver high-quality results.

The GM will recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff, enforce safety protocols, and continuously improve operational workflows to maximize productivity and quality at our car wash site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years proven site management experience, preferably in car wash environments.
• Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment while delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Project Management

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1- 2 years proven experience in site management, preferably in the car wash industry.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet labor goals, budgets, and deadlines.
• A willingness to learn and be challenged daily.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. For extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
