Pizza Hut Alliance Ohio is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coach a high-performing team. You will own P&L, budgeting, staffing, training, and safety programs while delivering consistent service and results.

You will implement local marketing initiatives, manage costs, and uphold quality standards to create a welcoming environment for guests and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Experienced in restaurant or retail management with a track record ofLeading teams to meet goals.
• Able to hire, train and develop a winning team with strong coaching skills.
• Demonstrates leadership and a customer-service focus in fast-paced environments.
• Skilled in P&L management, budgeting and basic marketing initiatives.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
