Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years QSR experience preferred, Serve Safe certification, reliable transportation, and a proven ability to drive quality and profitability under franchise guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Store sales growth and performance monitoring.

• Maintain profit margin through cost controls.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Place inventory orders and manage stock.
• Lead employee training and development.
• Lead by example in daily operations.
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
• Overall responsibility rests with the General Manager.
