Hennepin Technical College is seeking a General Maintenance Worker for the 2nd shift at the Brooklyn Park campus. The role provides custodial services for academic programs and college departments, with a focus on safety and reliability.
The ideal candidate will perform cleaning tasks, operate custodial equipment, and participate in seasonal projects. The position runs Monday to Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm, on-site with eligibility requirements and no visa sponsorship.

Salary Range: $20.51 - $29.22
Provide custodial services as assigned for academic programs, maintenance, and other college departments.
Two or more years of related work experience operating and maintaining various custodial equipment such as vacuums, floor machines, auto scrubbers and carpet extractors and prior experience and/or knowledge of other equipment such as fork lift or snow removal equipment. Boiler operator’s license. Knowledge of basic emergency procedures Communication skills needed to report status of building security and repairs to supervisor.
