Facility Services, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) to keep our facilities safe, functional, and running smoothly. You’ll perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple trades to support operations and a reliable team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry.
• Replace belts and filters on air handling units.
• Repair sinks, toilets, and water coolers; patch walls and ceilings.
• Paint structures and equipment; repair concrete surfaces.
• Inspect interior infrastructure and support preventative maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain records.

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) to join our team.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in keeping our facilities safe, functional, and running smoothly. This includes:

• Performing general maintenance and repairs across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry)
• Replacing belts and filters on air handling units
• Repairing or replacing sinks, toilets, and water coolers
• Patching and repairing walls and ceilings
• Painting structures and equipment
• Repairing concrete surfaces such as floors, steps, and sidewalks
• Inspecting and maintaining interior infrastructure
• Supporting preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery
• Following safety protocols and maintaining accurate records

Physical Requirements

This is an active role requiring standing, walking, climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working in various environments. Travel to job sites may be required.
