Job summary

Allegiance Industries is seeking a 1st shift General Maintenance Technician for our Wilson, NC facility. The role covers routine upkeep and minor repairs to maintain building condition and appearance, with a schedule Monday through Friday and a pay range of $20.00–$25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, patching, drywall work, caulking, door hardware, ceiling tiles, basic plumbing, and supervising external contractors as needed. Focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in facility maintenance, including minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding safety and equipment operations.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
