Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a versatile Maintenance Worker to keep our restaurants running smoothly across the region. This role requires traveling 50%–75% of the time and hands-on oversight of multiple locations to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained environments for staff and guests.

You’ll inspect grounds, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and kitchen equipment; complete work orders for plumbing, painting, tile work, and carpentry; and troubleshoot on-site, building strong relationships

Qualifications

• Must have experience in plumbing, painting, tile work, and carpentry.
• Restaurant equipment repair background preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

• Maintain Excellence: Proactively inspect grounds, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and kitchen equipment for preventative maintenance.
• Execute Repairs: Satisfy all work orders from the corporate office in a timely manner, including plumbing, painting, tile work, and carpentry.

Are you a “jack-of-all-trades” who enjoys life on the road? Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Worker to join our team. This isn’t a “sit-behind-a-desk” job—you’ll be the boots on the ground keeping our locations running smoothly across the region.

The Role & Travel

Travel: This position requires traveling out of town 50%–75% of the time.

• Reliability: Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to solve practical problems efficiently in a variety of situations.
