WinnCompanies is searching for General Maintenance Technicians - Flooring Specialist I to join our team located at Fort Campbell, KY. In this role, you will assist with flooring installation, demolition, and repairs primarily during COM (Change of Occupancy Maintenance) and may perform repairs, cleaning or installations either at COM or as resident service requests. You will also install carpet, carpet tiles, VCT, LVT, vinyl, linoleum, or other flooring materials and ensure that all service is performed safely and results in favorable customer feedback.
In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license / ID is required in order to access the federal facility.
