The candidate should be versatile in HVAC basic maintenance, electrical tasks, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general repairs.

Responsibilities include assisting with preventive maintenance, completing handyman tasks, and traveling between multiple company locations to perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic electrical maintenance, painting, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Previous experience in general maintenance, building maintenance, facility maintenance, or a similar hands-on role.
• Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with daily maintenance operations, repairs, and facility improvement projects.
• Complete general handyman tasks such as painting, drywall repairs, furniture assembly, installations, and minor carpentry.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities remain in good working condition.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical movements throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely use ladders and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable personal transportation.
• Must be willing and able to travel between multiple company locations throughout the workday to perform assigned maintenance duties.
• Willingness to assist with a variety of maintenance and facility-related tasks.
