Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Bretton Woods, NH seeks a skilled maintenance technician for hotel engineering. The role focuses on keeping all mechanical items in guest rooms and public areas in excellent condition and responding to house calls as directed.

You will assist engineers and mechanics with repairs, maintain safety procedures, and follow Omni fire alarm protocols and hotel rules. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
• Maintain all mechanicals property wide.
• Knowledge of all aspects of the Engineering dept.
• Maintain property pools as directed by CPO.
• Special projects as assigned by Supervisor.

Overview:

• Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.


• Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.


• Maintain all mechanicals property wide.


• Knowledge of all aspects of the Engineering dept.


• Maintain property pools as directed by CPO.


• Special projects as assigned by Supervisor.

Working Environment:

• Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.


• Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.


• Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.
