Job summary

EST Tool & Machine in Brodhead, KY is seeking a dependable maintenance associate to handle daily groundskeeping and light facility duties. Responsibilities include mowing, weed control, landscaping, floor scrubbing, machine cleaning, painting and power washing.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, totaling 35 hours per week, with starting pay of $14 per hour. Outdoors and indoors work, great for hands-on applicants seeking steady daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Mowing and weed eating to maintain grounds
• Spraying weed killer to control unwanted vegetation
• Landscape and outdoor upkeep of facilities
• Operate floor scrubber for clean floors
• Clean machines and work areas
• Painting and general facility maintenance
• Power wash exterior surfaces
