Overview:

Performs general maintenance as directed and as necessary on all aspects of building structure and systems, including floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, transportation systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other items.
Position will be for the Belle Harbour campus in Suffolk, VA.

Education

• High School Diploma/equivalent or Trade School education

Certification/Licensure

• Valid VA or NC Driver's License (Required)
• Driver record must be in good standing

Experience

• 1-2 years of general maintenance experience required
• Must have a general understanding of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Facility Maintenance, and General repair to service or determine next steps in resolution of service issues
• Previous commercial experience required; healthcare experience preferred
