• 3+ years of experience with mechanical troubleshooting is strongly preferred.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Experience using standard hand tools and electric tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine operating functions and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Repair damaged equipment and return to good working order.
• Maintain production equipment to minimize downtime and meet standards.

You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a General Maintenance Associate!Schedule: M-F 5:00am-1:30pmResponsibilities:Operate and maintain a wide variety of mechanical toolsPerform routine operating functions and troubleshooting on all equipmentRepair damaged equipment back to good working order by applying mechanical knowledge to problem solveMaintain production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtimeResearch, evaluate, and recommend new maintenance equipment and tools to improve the capabilities of the maintenance teamSet, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments so that it aligns with production specifications or instructionsAdvise managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systemsResponsible for painting various surfaces as required and in accordance with established safety proceduresPerforms all job duties according to OSHA standardsMust adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
