Job summary

Green Gold Group is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our team responsible for building and grounds upkeep. Duties include carpentry, painting, plumbing and snow removal, with a focus on preserving exterior sidewalks and interior areas.

The role requires ability to switch tasks efficiently, obtain forklift and pallet jack certifications, and pass background checks. Valid US ID or driver’s license and documentation for employment are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and maintain equipment used in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior sidewalks, windows, and entries, remove snow and ice and treat walkways with ice melt as needed.
• Maintain all interior building areas, remove debris and spills.
• Communicate with Maintenance Manager regularly regarding maintenance issues and scheduling.
• Make minor furniture moves and repairs.
• Repair all minor building physical needs including ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall touch-ups.

Job description

Green Gold Group is looking for an experienced professional to join our maintenance team. As a member of the building and grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for general repair and maintenance of the building and grounds. Duties include, but are not limited to, repairs involving carpentry, painting, plumbing and sidewalk maintenance including snow removal

• Ability to move from one task to another with efficiency.
• Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age.
• Current valid State-issued ID or Drivers License.
• Provide necessary documentation for employment in the United States.
• Successful completion of background/CORI check mandatory for employment.
• Has or can obtain forklift and hydraulic pallet jack certification

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Able to climb and stand on ladders, not to exceed 12 ft in height.
• Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds

Duties:

• Maintain exterior sidewalks, windows, and entries, remove snow and ice and treat walkways with ice melt as needed.
• Maintain all interior building areas, removes debris and spillage.
• Communicate with Maintenance Manager regularly regarding maintenance issues and scheduling.
• Make minor furniture moves and repairs.
• Repair all minor building physical needs: including, but not limited to ceiling tiles, floor tiles, minor wall touch-ups, paints public areas.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance tools and supplies
• Make recommendations for building improvements
• Report all safety, plumbing, and electrical problems to Maintenance Manager.
• Work with building personnel and staff in a friendly, courteous manner while adjusting workstations, etc. or providing maintenance assistance.
• Replacement and maintenance of irrigation equipment
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor or Senior Management
