RB Legal Recruiting represents a boutique defense litigation firm seeking a General Liability Attorney to join their Union County, NJ team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 10+ years of general liability defense experience, with first or second chair trial experience welcomed. This role offers hybrid remote work with 2–3 days in office per week.

Candidates should be admitted to practice in NJ. Competitive base salary ranges from 120k to 170k+ with bonus and 401k benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ to 10+ years of general liability defense experience.
• Admitted to practice in NJ (NJ Bar).
• Hybrid remote work with 2–3 days in office weekly.

Responsibilities

• Lead first-chair or second-chair trials when appropriate.
• Represent clients in general liability defense matters through all stages of litigation.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop trial strategy and case defense.
