Lewis Brisbois' Miami office is actively seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and 2–15 years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motions, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

Admission to the Florida Bar is required, and partnership opportunities will be considered for those with extensive relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar.
• 2–15 years of insurance defense experience.
• Strong research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense matters from intake to resolution.
• Prepare and argue motions, conduct discovery, manage depositions.
• Represent clients at hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Coordinate with case teams on strategy and milestones.
