The Phoenix, AZ office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and 2 to 15 years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Arizona Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• 2–15 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Experience in case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials.

Responsibilities

• Litigate insurance defense matters across all phases, including hearings, depositions and trials.
• Manage cases, handle motions, and oversee discovery.
