Job summary

Lewis Brisbois' Boise office seeks an attorney to join its General Liability Practice. The ideal candidate has strong research and writing skills and 2–15 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including case management, motions, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

Idaho Bar admission is required. The General Liability team defends a wide range of claims for businesses and individuals and is known for substantial trial experience.

Qualifications

• Strong research and writing skills required.
• 2–15 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Experience with hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials is preferred.
• Admission to the Idaho Bar is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters from discovery through trial.
• Manage cases, draft motions, and participate in hearings and depositions.
• Collaborate within the General Liability Practice on complex litigation.
